Admission Information
Al Bayan Learning Center is now accepting applications for its Hifz Program, Preschool (PreK-3 and PreK-4), and Elementary School (K - 5th Gr) on a rolling basis.
To meet state requirements, children must be the appropriate age for their grade level by September 30th of the school year. Preschool applicants must also be fully potty trained.

The Hifz program is open to both new and continuing students, and all applicants will be assessed by a certified ijazah teacher to determine their proficiency in tajweed and level of Qur'anic memorization.

​We sincerely appreciate your interest in
Al Bayan Learning center. You may notice a $25 increase in tuition for our Preschool and Elementary departments. This adjustment has been made to help cover rising operational and educational costs while continuing to provide a high-quality learning environment for our students.
Our mission is to nurture, empower, and promote the spiritual, psychological, and educational well being of each individual child. All new applicants are considered for vacant spots.

Application Process

Registration

Highly recommended (but optional) for parents to schedule a personalized tour of the school to get a deeper understanding of our programs and facilities.

To apply for the 2026-2027 academic year, please complete and submit the Application Form.

Application Status
Completed applications, along with the necessary fees, will undergo review by our dedicated staff members.
Following this, we will promptly notify parents and students of their application status.

Enrollment
Upon acceptance, parents will receive another email that includes important information such as school policies.
Closer to the beginning of the school year, teachers will inform parents regarding all necessary information and documentation.

HIFZ PROGRAM
Admission to the Al Bayan Learning Center Hifz Program is open to students in 5th grade and above. Current students of Al Bayan Learning Center have priority. The program's mission is to cultivate committed lifelong learners of the Holy Qur’an, who not only memorize and understand it, but also integrate its teachings into their daily lives and become responsible citizens and community leaders.

To be eligible, applicants must:

Be able to read from the Holy Qur’an independently.

Have academic proficiency at or above their current grade level.

Display personal qualities that align with the program's standards for Islamic conduct.

Pass an assessment administered by the instructor before being placed in a class.
*Please note a 3% discount is included in the annual tuition amount.​

Enrollment & Payment Policy

To secure a spot, application fees and required resource payments are mandatory.
-
Resource fees of $150 is due upon acceptance to secure the seat (within 3 days of completing the application).

All other applicable fees are due by June 1, 2026.

Facility fee is due by July 1, 2026.

Parents who register between February – June must follow the defined payment deadlines above.

Families applying after June are required to pay all fees together (Application + Resources + Facility + etc.)

Online: payments can be made online via parent portal. Invoices are sent automatically via Dreamclass at the beginning of each month.

Sibling Discount
Families with multiple enrolled children will pay full tuition for the eldest, with subsequent children eligible for discounts. The calculation of discounts will apply to all siblings as follows:
PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
At our preschool, we offer a balanced blend of structured learning and play experiences tailored to each child's developmental stage. Using the Montessori method, we support the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth of every child. We understand the unique potential of three- and four-year-olds, a time when kids begin to express themselves and develop their own interests. In our preschool classrooms, children engage in hands-on activities such as science experiments, art projects, and imaginative play, all essential skills for their journey to kindergarten.

Admission to PreK-3 is open to children aged 3 to 4, and for PreK-4, children must be between 3 and 4 years old and fully potty trained by September 1st of the academic year. While current Al Bayan students and siblings of existing students are given priority in the preschool program, all new applicants for PreK-3 will be considered equally.

ELEMENTARY PROGRAM
The curriculum at Al Bayan Learning Center nurtures the holistic development of each student and aims to instill pride, self-confidence, and a love of learning. We are dedicated to offering a competitive education, rich with Islamic values and teachings, that exceeds the standards of local public and private schools. Islam is seamlessly integrated into the syllabus and presented as a complete way of life. Reinforcing materials based on Islamic teachings are utilized to provide students with exposure to as many positive Islamic themes as possible.

Financial Aid
Financial aid is limited and only available for eligible Tahfeez program families. Parents may apply for financial aid after enrollment is complete. Applications must be submitted annually. ​

Here's how it works:

Who Can Participate? All current Al Bayan families are eligible to participate.

Refer Your Friends: If you know someone who might be interested in joining our school, simply refer them to us and make sure they mention your name during the application process.

Rules to Remember:

To qualify for the referral discount, each new student must be registered as a full-time, full-tuition paying student.

This offer is exclusive to new family applicants. Younger siblings of current or past Al Bayan families do not qualify.

Only one referral's name can be mentioned per incoming family.

Enjoy the Benefits: For each new student you refer who is accepted, enrolled, and continues enrollment in good standing for the entire school year, you'll receive a tuition discount for one month.

The referral discount will be applied in the last month of the school year (May), after both the referring and referred families complete the full school year. If either party withdraws before the end of the school year, the referral discount will not be applicable.

Remember, there's a limit of four referrals per Al Bayan family, and regular enrollment criteria must be met for each incoming student.
