Before & After School Care

✨Extended Care Programs

At Al Bayan Learning Center, we understand the importance of providing a safe, structured, and engaging environment for our students beyond regular school hours. That’s why we are thrilled to offer our Before-School Care and After-School Care programs for the convenience and support of our families.​

✨Application and Fees

​

  • There is no application fee. 

  • The Before-School Care program is $300 per month.

  • The After-School Care program is $400 per month.

  • Enroll in both programs for a discounted rate of $600 per month.

  • For any special pricing requests, please email us at administration@albayanlc.com or visit us in person to speak to an administrator.

✨ Before-School Care Program

⏰ Drop-off Time - 7:30 AM

📅 Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday - Friday)

Our Before-School Care program is designed to provide a calm and nurturing start to your child's day. The activities are focused on easing into the day, fostering creativity, and engaging minds.


Activities:

  • Quiet Reading Corner: Students can choose books to read or enjoy storytime with peers.

  • Sensory Play: Engaging with sensory bins, playdough, or building blocks to stimulate creativity and focus.

  • Puzzles and Board Games: A relaxing and educational way to start the day.

  • Calm Morning Discussions: Opportunity to share goals or discuss topics in a circle time setting.

  • Morning Warm-Up Packets: Older students can work on grade-level ELA and Math practice to prepare for the school day.

✨ After-School Care Program

⏰ Pick-Up Time - 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

📅 Schedule: 4 Days a Week (Monday - Thursday)

Our After-School Care program provides an enriching environment that combines academic support, play, and creativity. We aim to ensure children have a productive and enjoyable time after school hours.


Activities:

  • Homework Help: Dedicated time and support to complete school assignments.

  • Extra Subject Practice: Focused sessions to strengthen skills in math, reading, and science.

  • Creative Arts & Crafts: Explore creativity with guided projects and open-ended crafting sessions.

  • Outside Play: Supervised outdoor activities to promote physical fitness and teamwork (weather permitting).

  • Group Games: Encouraging teamwork and fun with interactive group games.

  • STEM Activities: Hands-on experiments and projects to explore science, technology, engineering, and math concepts.

  • Warm-Up Packets: Older students can also engage in subject-specific review materials to reinforce core skills.
